Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During peak periods, processing may take an additional business day.
Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Free shipping may be available on select orders — check the product page or cart for details.
Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 US states. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after shipment. Expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can also check order status in your account dashboard.
Return Policy
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in the same condition as received — uninstalled, undamaged, and in original packaging where applicable.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. We will provide a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or we made a shipping error.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and ship the correct item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-manufactured parts (items made to order) and installed parts cannot be returned. If you are unsure whether a part fits your firearm, please contact us before purchasing.
